Rules and source guide

ClubGG Game Formats

Explore five rule-format guides, tournament structure and source-limited spin-style research. Check the current Club or table for settings, schedules and availability.

Format-source review recorded: 2026-09-22. Check current Club and table settings separately.

ClubGG is a free poker client that only offers poker gameplay with play money that doesn’t have any monetary value and is not affiliated with, sponsoring, or endorsing this promotional activity.

Start with the rule formats

These five pages explain hand construction, betting or deck differences, and identify where a current ClubGG setting needs its own source. A listed format does not guarantee an open table.

Rule format

No-Limit Hold'em

Two hole cards, five community cards, and no-limit betting. Check table-specific blinds, buy-in controls, and optional features in the current lobby.

Rule format

PLO4

Four hole cards with exactly two used at showdown. Pot-limit betting and four-card combinations create a different strategy from Hold'em.

Rule format

PLO5

Five hole cards, exactly two used at showdown. The extra card increases combination density while keeping the same core Omaha construction rule.

Rule format

PLO6

Six hole cards, exactly two used at showdown. Availability and table controls should be verified in the current Club lobby.

Rule format

Short Deck

A reduced deck changes hand probabilities. Confirm the table's hand-ranking and ante rules because implementations can differ.

Event structure and source-limited research

Multi-table tournaments describe an event structure, not a different poker hand rule. The spin-style page examines whether a named current source documents that format for ClubGG; it does not assert availability.

Event structure

Multi-table tournaments

Scheduled events with tournament stacks, levels, and elimination. Source any schedule, prize, or eligibility claim to the current event rules.

Source-limited research

Spin-style formats

A research page on lottery sit-and-go formats and whether a current ClubGG source documents them for a named scope.

Rules or current settings?

Poker rules can be explained as a format. A Club or table setting is a separate, time-sensitive claim. Keep the two distinct when reading a guide.

On narrow screens, scroll the table horizontally. Keyboard: focus the table region and use the arrow keys.

How to verify a format in the app

  1. Confirm the Club and table identity before reading a setting as universal.
  2. Open the table rules and record the exact format, unit, blind or ante structure, and optional features.
  3. For Short Deck and variants, verify the displayed hand-ranking rule.
  4. For tournaments, open the current event rules and record the schedule, eligibility, prize type, and source date.
  5. Treat availability as a current observation, not a permanent promise.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are poker rules the same as Club settings?

No. Core game rules describe how a format works. Blinds, buy-ins, optional features, schedules, and availability are Club or table settings that can change.

Does a format listing guarantee a live table?

No. A static guide cannot guarantee current lobby activity. Check the ClubGG app at the time relevant to you.

How should stakes or chip units be described?

Use the exact in-app unit and source date. Do not convert ClubGG play-money chips into cash or a currency value.

Can a tournament prize be described as guaranteed cash?

Only describe the prize type, unit, eligibility, and guarantee exactly as the responsible current source states. Do not silently convert chips, Memberships, vouchers, merchandise, or other prizes into cash.

Does Deep Poker guarantee availability or results?

No. Deep Poker provides editorial rules and source guidance. It does not guarantee a table, prize, membership decision, or result.
