Where to start
Do not ask a badge or a single screenshot to prove more than it can. First write down whether your question concerns the ClubGG app/account, a particular Club's administration, Deep Poker's own relationship or site, or a different person's conduct. Then use the support route for that exact party.
Deep has its own disclosed Club and Union relationships and can help with questions within that scope. Those relationships do not turn Deep into ClubGG platform support or make every outside claim trustworthy.
If a message or account activity looks suspicious
- Pause the conversation. Do not use a login or support link supplied only in the suspicious message. Open the relevant product's known official site or app yourself.
- Protect the affected account. If you entered a password or code into an untrusted page, use the platform's own account-recovery and security process and contact its official support promptly. Never send a one-time code to someone claiming to help.
- Keep a minimal record. Preserve the claim, date, channel, relevant Club identifier and essential messages; record what you actually observed separately from what another person asserted.
- Route the report. Match the issue to the table below. For an app or account issue, the official ClubGG Help Centre is the starting point; a Club-specific issue may need its verified administrator instead.
These are risk-reduction steps, not a promise that an account or disputed outcome can be restored.
Choose the responsible party
The ClubGG account guide distinguishes its Club section from membership and prize features. Its Roles guide describes assigned Club permissions; the Media Guideline forbids implying that an independent Club is operated or endorsed by ClubGG. The correct route depends on the issue, not on the strongest-sounding title.
On a narrow screen, swipe within the table. With a keyboard, focus the table area and use the left and right arrow keys.
| Issue | Start with | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| ClubGG app, login or platform account | ClubGG's official Help Centre | A Club administrator cannot decide a platform-account outcome. |
| Membership, Public Games or official prize eligibility | Current ClubGG product rules and official support | Do not copy a private Club rule into a membership or Site Tournament question. |
| A named private Club's admission, table or assigned role | That Club's verified administrator | An in-app role is scoped to its assignment; it is not ClubGG endorsement. |
| Deep's listed Club relationship or Deep site/account | Deep Poker's contact route | Deep can answer for its own scope, not for ClubGG's app or platform decisions. |
| A separate person's or provider's conduct | That provider's independently verified support route | Neither ClubGG nor Deep can certify every outside claim or outcome. |
Open ClubGG Help independently for platform matters. For a Deep-specific question or a correction to this article, use Deep's contact page. For a named Club, first confirm the administrator's identity and assignment through a channel you trust.
What different evidence can—and cannot—prove
- A Club ID can help match an in-app Club identity. It does not prove the identity or authority of the person sending you that ID.
- An in-app role can describe permissions assigned in a Club. It does not make the holder an employee or representative of ClubGG, or prove an unrelated promise.
- A screenshot or testimonial can show what was displayed or claimed at a moment in time. It is not a complete audit trail and may be incomplete or altered.
- ClubGG's published RNG statement concerns the software's randomness claim. It does not certify a particular Club, administrator, message or outcome; the public page does not provide a current per-Club verification.
Use the role-and-identity checklist for a detailed third-party claim review. No public article here certifies a named person.
Choose the deeper guide that matches your problem
- Verify a Club or Agent claim — identity, assigned scope and platform-endorsement limits.
- Recognize scam patterns — impersonation, phishing and pressure tactics.
- Prepare a dispute record — chronology, essential evidence and correct support routing.
- Responsible play and independent help — limits and support beyond a Club or platform.
Share evidence with care
Send only what the responsible support channel needs. Mask passwords, one-time codes, identity-document numbers and unrelated contacts in any screenshot you circulate; keep originals privately if they may be needed later. Do not post a dispute package publicly or send sensitive documents to a person whose authority you have not verified. The dispute guide explains a practical chronology without assuming a guaranteed outcome.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does ClubGG's RNG statement verify a Club or Agent?
No. A published statement about the software's random-number generator does not identify a particular Club administrator, verify an Agent's assigned authority or guarantee someone's conduct. Assess the exact claim and its own evidence.
Can Deep Poker help with a ClubGG-related question?
Deep can address its own listed Club relationships, relevant membership guidance, site corrections and Deep account questions within its actual scope. ClubGG software, platform-account, membership and official-prize decisions belong to ClubGG's official support. Identify the exact issue before choosing a route.
Does a matching Club ID prove the person messaging me is authorized?
No. It can help match a Club listing, but a person may still be impersonating its administrator or overstating a role. Verify the person and their assigned scope through a channel you reached independently; do not treat a screenshot alone as proof.
What should I save after a suspicious interaction?
Save the date, the exact claim, the relevant product or Club identifier, and only the messages or screenshots needed to explain the issue. Keep passwords, one-time codes and unnecessary personal data out of a public or third-party evidence bundle. Use the responsible party's official channel.
Is this guide a certification or a guarantee of recovery?
No. It is a routing and evidence guide. A checklist cannot certify a person, promise a support outcome, determine legal eligibility or replace current product-specific rules.
Sources and review limits
Primary public sources checked 26 September 2026. They establish published platform descriptions and role boundaries, not the facts of any individual's case.
- ClubGG Help Centre and Account Management—Basics — account and product-support starting points.
- Club Administration—Roles and Unions — scoped Club roles and administration, not a named person's authority.
- ClubGG Media Guideline — play-money disclaimer and non-endorsement boundary.
- ClubGG RNG page — publisher's software claim, not a Club or individual certification.
