What this guide covers
A poker room is the brand with which a player deals; a network can connect games or players across several brands. That distinction explains why two room names do not necessarily represent two independent player pools. It does not make every account contract or product feature interchangeable.
This guide separates the network’s published rules, the operator’s history and a current licence-text discrepancy. It is not a current census of active rooms or tables.
The product in brief
A document-based summary, not a live service check. On a narrow screen, scroll within the table; keyboard users can focus it and use the arrow keys.
| Topic | What the sources establish |
|---|---|
| Shared-game model | The official same-games FAQ says games are shared, except No Rathole Tables, which it identifies as ACR only. Its rule also limits access to one poker brand at a time. Sources: WPN same-games FAQ. |
| Documented brands | The operator’s WPN FAQ index lists ACR Poker, Black Chip Poker, True Poker, Ya Poker and Poker King. The brand item dates to 2021; it is not a freshly verified operating-status list. Sources: WPN FAQ brand index. |
| History | The operator gives a corporate history beginning with MyPokerNetwork. A separate US DOJ record documents domain seizures on 23 May 2011; these are different sources with different scopes. Sources: ACR corporate history; DOJ Maryland announcement, 23 May 2011. |
| Licensing question | Check the room-specific discrepancy discussed below before treating a network name as licensing evidence. Sources: ACR terms and corporate footer. |
What the documented brand list can tell you
The operator’s indexed WPN FAQ names ACR Poker, Black Chip Poker, True Poker, Ya Poker and Poker King. The brand item is dated 5 August 2021. Direct access to its category page was restricted in this review, although the specific same-games answer was readable. Keep that limitation attached to the list.
The names are useful for recognizing how older WPN material is organized. They do not certify present admission, regional availability, support quality or the size of each brand. The earlier largest-room and audience-geography claims are not treated as established current facts here.

On 27 September 2026, ACR’s terms body described a Curaçao sublicense while its footer named an Anjouan licence. That same-page discrepancy is unresolved here.
We did not independently resolve the discrepancy, establish its cause or verify an applicable licence for each WPN brand. Do not silently choose one statement, apply it to the whole network or infer that the other must be obsolete. The ACR guide records the material account conditions alongside this uncertainty.
A network identity is not a substitute for checking the exact company, domain and contract. A regulator’s record, where available, must match those details; neither a brand logo nor another room’s licence proves the match.

ACR’s corporate history describes a 2001 MyPokerNetwork origin, a 2007 Yatahay/True Poker transition and rebuilding under the WPN name after the May 2011 seizures. These are attributed historical statements, not independent verification of every event or a current service guarantee.
The US Department of Justice’s Maryland announcement of 23 May 2011 independently names Truepoker.com and Doylesroom.com among the seized domains. This is not the separate April 2011 Black Friday event. The announcement describes indictments and enforcement action at that time; it does not prove convictions or settle the status of today’s operating entity.
A long history does not demonstrate current game integrity, and a historical enforcement event does not by itself decide a present dispute. This review did not audit network software, investigate players or verify historical compensation claims.

Are ACR and every WPN room identical?
Do not infer complete equivalence from a shared network. The product summary records the documented exception; the comparison still needs the actual game and account terms.
Is the five-brand list a current operational census?
No. It is the operator’s documented list in a dated FAQ item. Current operations, admission and location-specific availability were not tested.
Does one WPN room’s licence apply to all the others?
That cannot be inferred from shared games. Match the particular room, domain and responsible entity to its terms and relevant regulator evidence; this review did not verify every room’s licence.
Is Deep’s relationship with ACR a network-wide appointment?
No such appointment is established here. The disclosed registration-partner relationship concerns ACR Poker. It does not make Deep the network operator, a regulator or a dispute authority for other rooms.
