RAIZE Poker — Live Cards, Terms and Evidence

Understand RAIZE's live-dealer poker model, physical-card claims, account conditions and the evidence still needed for its certification and licensing claims.

Public-source review: . Not a client, account, payment or eligibility test.

What this guide covers

RAIZE presents a poker room built around streamed human dealing. The useful question is not whether a camera looks reassuring, but which parts of the game and service have actually been checked.

This guide separates the advertised experience, written account conditions and independent evidence still missing from this review. We have not entered a table, inspected a shuffle, tested a client or payment, or measured player traffic. The older guide's blanket fairness and certification assurances are not retained.

The product in brief

A document-based summary, not a live service check. On a narrow screen, scroll within the table; keyboard users can focus it and use the arrow keys.

RAIZE Poker: documented features and evidence limits
TopicWhat the sources establish
Advertised gamesThe homepage lists No-Limit Hold’em, four-card PLO and five-card PLO. Listed stakes are not proof of occupied tables. Sources: RAIZE — product and mobile presentation.
Dealing modelTerms §8 describes peer-to-peer poker with physical dealing for money games; RNG is reserved for play-money or test tables. This is a contractual description, not our observation. Sources: RAIZE — terms, effective 19 June 2026.
Named entity and licenceRAIZE names Costa Rican company 3-102-943085 S.R.L. and claims Anjouan licence ALSI-202511038-FI2. We did not establish a matching current regulator entry. Sources: RAIZE — terms, effective 19 June 2026; Anjouan — public licence register.
Certification evidenceRAIZE advertises GLI certification. No RAIZE-specific certificate or report was available to inspect in this review; that does not establish that none exists. Sources: RAIZE — product and mobile presentation; GLI — certification mark and Certificate of Integrity FAQ.

A live feed changes the interface, not the poker rules

The homepage advertises streamed tables and private games. These are descriptions of the intended product, not a demonstrated schedule, private-table service or comparison of hand speed with another room.

In standard Hold’em, the best five-card hand can use both, one or neither hole card. In standard four- or five-card Omaha, it must use exactly two hole cards and three board cards. A video feed does not change that distinction: five-card Omaha gives more candidate pairs, not permission to use three hole cards. Our linked lessons explain the construction without requiring an operator account.

For a live-video interface, useful usability evidence would include readable cards, clearly identified seat action, a visible decision timer and documented behaviour after a lost connection. This research did not test those features. We therefore make no claim about mobile smoothness, streaming delay or achievable hands per hour.

What a camera and a certification logo cannot establish

Seeing a dealer does not by itself rule out collusion, unauthorised assistance, substitution, handling errors or a problem elsewhere in the software. Identity screening and game-integrity testing answer different questions; neither can be inferred from a publicity image.

GLI explains that its certification mark should identify the certified product, usually through a linked Certificate of Integrity. That record identifies the relevant brand or website, product and dates. A usable RAIZE assessment would need matching evidence and its scope, not simply the presence of the logo. This review did not retrieve such a record.

The Anjouan register opened with a search field and column headings but no readable operator rows. That retrieval did not confirm or disprove RAIZE's claimed licence. Company identification, licensing and laboratory certification remain separate evidence questions; none guarantees a future account or dispute outcome.

Written conditions qualify the marketing

The 19 June 2026 terms require identity and facial verification before funding, money play or withdrawal (§7). Sections 4–5 restrict residence, location and nationality, list the US, UK, Australia, EU/EEA and other categories, and prohibit location masking. This is not a complete eligibility determination.

The homepage welcomes cards, whereas §9 of the terms describes crypto-only operations without fiat banking. Sections 9–10 leave methods and limits to the cashier and allow withdrawal delays or refusal pending checks. The homepage's no-holds message cannot be treated as an unconditional promise. We have not reconciled the payment-method discrepancy through an account test.

When a short marketing statement and a detailed condition differ, do not assume the more convenient interpretation applies. An existing user needs a dated explanation of the applicable conditions from the responsible operator, not a referral partner's assurance. No deposit or test transaction is needed to identify this documentation gap.

Device and privacy questions remain separate

RAIZE's homepage now promotes mobile installation as well as browser access. The earlier description of an exclusively browser-based product is therefore not retained. We did not install or validate either app.

A website's installation instructions do not establish app provenance or justify weakening device protections. Likewise, before providing identity or biometric information, the relevant questions include the controller, verification provider, retention, deletion and dispute process. A poker review is not a substitute for those answers, and we have not supplied identity documents or tested the verification flow.

Common questions

Does a human dealer prove a poker room is bot-free?

No. Card dealing, player identity and prohibited software are different parts of game integrity. This review did not independently test any of them at RAIZE.

Has Deep independently verified RAIZE's certification?

No. The claim remains attributed to RAIZE. A matching certificate with identifiable product scope and dates was not retrieved; we do not claim that a certificate is absent.

Is this a hands-on RAIZE review?

No. It is a public-document review. No account, client, game, identity check or transaction was tested, and the retained imagery is not evidence from our own play.

Sources and review limits

The sources below were inspected for the claims stated here. A publisher’s description is not proof of live availability, a successful transaction, permission in your location or an independently tested product. Older document dates remain distinct from this review date.

  1. RAIZE — product and mobile presentation

Publisher marketing inspected 27 September 2026, not an independently demonstrated service.

  2. RAIZE — terms, effective 19 June 2026

Current readable contractual text; enforcement and individual applicability untested.

  3. GLI — certification mark and Certificate of Integrity FAQ

Explains certification evidence generally; not a RAIZE certificate.

  4. Anjouan — public licence register

No readable matching row retrieved. This limitation is not a finding of absence.
